excellent room and service
spacious room friendly staff
the room was very spacious and clean. service was superb and staff was very friendly. check in and checking out was fast and easy. i appreciate the upgrade staff give.
parking spots were very limited. i had to go around and around to find one. it was horrible.

the staff were attentive and quick to respond to requests. i find staff offer prompt assistance. every interaction felt personal and efficient, staff ensured a smooth experience.

breakfast has many options, such as chinese dimsum. i also see malaysian style clear based and laksa based soup. there is western style breakfast available.

the physical location is near to a shopping mall, city square. it is approximately ten minutes drive to the ciq, depending on the traffic. i see many amenities nearby.
